Job Description

Your Focus: The well-being of guests and employees. You will assist with the coordination and management of the Housekeeping department.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

• Sharing responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the Housekeeping department
• Collaborating with internal and external cleaning staff
• Ensuring and implementing Motel One’s housekeeping standards, as well as being responsible for cleanliness in all areas
• Sharing responsibility for conducting internal coaching sessions, cross-training, and onboarding new housekeeping employees
• Gaining cross-departmental insights into new areas of work through collaboration in our multicultural teams

• Training in the hotel industry or professional experience in the hotel, restaurant, or retail sectors, or an interest in changing careers.

• An open, communicative demeanor, good manners, and strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
