Als Tijdelijke Process Inspector maak je deel uit van het Quality Operations-team. Dit team staat in voor de dagelijkse kwaliteitsbewaking binnen de productieomgeving van Terumo. Het team begeleidt het volledige kwaliteitsproces: van de eerste inspectie van grondstoffen tot de finale controle vóór verzending naar de klant. Daarnaast is het verantwoordelijk voor herinspecties en herwerkingen na retourzendingen, evenals voor de vrijgave van de medische apparatuur.
Wat zijn je taken?
- Uitvoeren van routinematige proces- en productinspecties .
- Uitvoeren van aanvullende controles , zoals inkomende inspecties en volledige productcontroles.
- Bewaken en opvolgen van product- en proceskwaliteit.
- Signaleren, onderzoeken en mee oplossen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen .
- Controleren en vrijgeven van productiepartijen volgens de geldende normen.
- Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en materiaalverbruik .
- Zorg dragen voor een nette en conforme werkplek .
- Naleven van GMP-, GDP- en cleanroomvoorschriften .
- Melden van incidenten, risico’s en bijna-ongevallen .
- Actief deelnemen aan verbeterinitiatieven .

Profil
Naar wat voor een Tijdelijke Process Operator zijn wij opzoek?
- Diploma secundair onderwijs (A2/A3) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
- Ervaring met nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werk in een productie- of kwaliteitsomgeving is een plus.
- Sterk oog voor detail en hoge nauwkeurigheid .
- Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kwaliteitsbewuste instelling.
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding .
- Basis pc-vaardigheden en kennis gegevensinvoer (SAP is een plus).
- Ervaring met meetinstrumenten is een meerwaarde.
- Teamspeler met een positieve werkethiek.

- Een job in een 2-ploegensysteem (vroege: 06u-14u & late: 14u-22u) met ploegenpremie van 8% .
