- Basis salaris per 14 maanden: 1.100 -1.400 per maand
- Maandelijkse prestatiebonus: 10-15%
- Complexity Bonus: per 11 maanden
- Nachturen (22:00-07:00): +25%
- Zondagen & feestdagen: +50% of compensatie met vrije tijd
- Maaltijdvergoeding: 7,23 per werkdag | Transportvergoeding per maand

Contract & Werkuren:
- Proeftijd: 3 maanden
- Contract: 6 maanden met optie tot verlenging of permanent
- Flexibele roterende diensten: 24/7 maandag t/m zondag met 2 vrije dagen, of maandag t/m vrijdag
Jouw rol:
- Klanten ondersteunen via telefoon, e-mail en chat
- Technische vragen oplossen en problemen verhelpen
- Klanttevredenheid garanderen bij elk contact
- Cases en feedback registreren in interne systemen
Jouw profiel:
- Vloeiend Nederlands (C2) en Engels (B2)
- Basis computervaardigheden
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte mindset
- Bereid om in Lissabon te werken en te starten
