We are continuously on the lookout for bright data engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, AI engineers, and data analysts. But this job description is for Data Scientist out there feeling the magic in them and ready to spread it

As a Data Scientist, your mission would include:

• Leading the technical aspects of data science projects, from conception to deployment.

• Designing and implementing scalable data science solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructures.

• Developing and optimizing machine learning models to drive actionable insights and automation.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

• Taking ownership of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables in an agile environment.

• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists.

• Engaging in proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and scaling them into production-ready solutions.

• Working in cloud-based environments and following MLOps best practices.

• Communicating insights and technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences.

You’re a step closer to joining our team if you bring:

Background

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-driven projects.

• Experience in diverse industries and solutions, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills is considered as a plus.
  

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL .

• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn), statistical analysis and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).

• Hands-on experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).

• Proficiency with Git for collaborative code management.

• Practical knowledge of distributed computing tools like Apache Spark.

• Experience deploying ML models and following MLOps best practices.

• Understanding of data engineering principles to support scalable AI solutions.

• Ability to design and implement proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and scale them into production.

• Ability to build clear, actionable dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to communicate findings to business stakeholders is a plus.
