Cornerstone + Reporting SME

Next Ventures is currently supporting a Global Chemical Manufacturing Organisation in finding a Cornerstone OnDemand SME.
The ideal candidate is very experienced with the Recruitment module in Cornerstone and is able to guide the business through the transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and enhancement of Cornerstone Recruitment Module
- Manage data migrations, platform handovers, and large-scale user transitions
- Build integrations and APIs (Edge Import, Web Services) and associated middleware
- Develop automated reporting (e.g. Power BI) for HR and business analytics
- Redesign user journeys — onboarding, learning assignments, self-serve processes
- Advise on best practices and provide level 2/3 support to admins and end users
- Deliver custom projects and bespoke solutions as needed
- Liaise with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
- Experience with PowerBI Reporting
