Qu’allez-vous faire ?
Aucune journée ne se ressemble dans votre rôle de Property Manager. Vous êtes le point de contact et le responsable final de la gestion qualitative de votre portefeuille d’immeubles . Vous coordonnez la maintenance, les réparations et le suivi des dossiers techniques et juridiques. Grâce à une communication claire et constructive, vous tenez les copropriétaires et les fournisseurs informés. Vous préparez et dirigez les assemblées générales en toute confiance et traduisez les décisions en actions concrètes. Par votre attitude proactive et votre sang-froid, vous résolvez rapidement les problèmes et offrez aux copropriétaires une véritable tranquillité d’esprit, tandis que vos collègues assurent efficacement le soutien administratif et comptable.
Qui êtes-vous ?
Vous disposez d’un niveau bachelier et idéalement d’une première expérience en tant que Property Manager .
Excellente maîtrise du français ; la connaissance d’autres langues est un plus.
À l’aise dans un environnement digital , vous travaillez aisément avec les outils informatiques modernes.
Créer des relations solides avec les copropriétaires et les partenaires vous motive au quotidien.
La diversité, le contact humain et la résolution de problèmes vous stimulent.
Vous savez établir vos priorités et gardez toujours une vue d’ensemble.
Travailler de manière flexible et organiser votre propre agenda correspond parfaitement à votre style.
