Beschrijving van de functie
Locatie - PuursJouw rol Als Project Engineer Building ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en uitvoering van bouwkundige investeringsprojecten. Je coördineert technische werkzaamheden op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, kwalitatief en binnen planning worden gerealiseerd. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Opvolgen van capital projecten volgens de CPMP-methodiek, met focus op civiele constructies. Coördineren van bouwkundige werken zoals beton-, staal- en afwerkingswerken. Opvolgen van de uitvoering op de werf en aansturen van aannemers. Opstellen van technische specificaties en vergelijken van meetstaten. Selecteren en begeleiden van contractorfirma's. Opmaken en beheren van projectplanningen, mijlpalen en resources. Bewaken van de projectvoortgang en oplossen van technische uitdagingen. Rapporteren aan de projectmanager over planning, kwaliteit en voortgang. Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders. Toezien op de naleving van geldende normen en regelgeving. Documenteren van technische processen en bijdragen aan continue verbeteringen.
Jouw profiel
Jouw profiel Master of Bachelor Ingenieurswetenschappen (Ir. of Ing.) met specialisatie Bouwkunde. Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Project Engineer binnen de bouwsector, studiebureau of aannemer. Ervaring binnen de farmaceutische of voedingsindustrie is een plus. Sterke technische kennis van civiele constructies en bouwkundige toepassingen. Interesse of kennis van cleanrooms is een meerwaarde. Competenties Sterk in organisatie en planning binnen een werfomgeving. Bouwkundige plannen vlot kunnen interpreteren en controleren. Proactieve, hands-on ingesteldheid. Communicatief sterk en een echte teamspeler. Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en detail. Talen Nederlands: moedertaalniveau. Engels: vlotte professionele kennis.Taalvaardigheden
