Actief Interim
Als Business Controller ondersteun je de operationele teams van de Freight-divisie met financiële analyses en rapportering. Je helpt het management om betere beslissingen te nemen door cijfers en operationele data (zoals volumes, personeelsbezetting en kosten) om te zetten in duidelijke inzichten en aanbevelingen.
Je werkt in een dynamische logistieke omgeving en combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met een nauwe samenwerking met operations.
Jouw taken :
- Opvolgen en analyseren van de maandelijkse financiële resultaten
- Verschillen ten opzichte van budgetten en eerdere maanden verklaren
- KPI’s ontwikkelen en opvolgen (zoals volumes, productiviteit en FTE’s)
- Budgetten en forecasts opmaken en beheren
- Samenwerken met depot-, transport- en operations managers om prestaties te evalueren
- Financiële analyses vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties
- Rapporteringen opstellen voor management en GLS Group
- Ad-hocanalyses uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van strategische beslissingen
- Meewerken aan verbeterings- en optimalisatieprojecten
- Processen rond budgettering, forecasting en rapportering verbeteren
Wat wij van jou vragen:
Talen
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels
Technische vaardigheden
- Zeer goede kennis van Excel (draaitabellen, formules, financiële analyses)
- Ervaring met BI-tools, bij voorkeur QlikSense
- Sterk in data-analyse en rapportering
- Kennis van SAP of andere ERP-systemen is een plus
Persoonlijke vaardigheden
- Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen
- Goed zakelijk inzicht
- Communicatief en overtuigend
- Proactief en resultaatgericht
- Sterke samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen
- Nauwkeurig en goed georganiseerd
Opleiding & ervaring
- Masterdiploma in economie, finance, accountancy of gelijkaardig
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in controlling of financiële analyse
- Ervaring in logistiek of transport is een pluspunt
