Job Description

You'll join the Decathlon E-commerce Operations team , a key entity in Decathlon's development. Our team consists of six passionate experts dedicated to optimizing flows and processes. You'll work directly with the Head of Operations, providing support for the daily organization of the team and the E-commerce as a whole.

Your Mission

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic support, data analysis, and project management within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You'll contribute directly to optimizing the Decathlon Marketplace operations.

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Strategic Support : Participate in the preparation and follow-up of strategic meetings, including drafting presentations, writing meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Data Analysis : Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify growth levers or process optimization opportunities and implement reporting tools such as dashboards.
• Project Management : Participate in the scoping, planning, and monitoring of various projects related to E-commerce operations.
• Cross-functional Coordination : Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams (product, commercial, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.

In addition, you:

• are a student in a business school or equivalent (Management, Economics, Finance).
• master Excel and the Google Suite (Calendar, Slides, Docs).
• have knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript (a plus).
• can speak French and/or Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
• are flexible for occasional business trips.

We are looking for an intern for a 6-month period at our headquarters in Decathlon Evere.
