En la empresa de nuestro cliente, la calidad y la seguridad son fundamentales en todo lo que hacen (certificación VCA**). Igualmente importantes son las personas que forman parte de su equipo. Debido al crecimiento constante, están buscando un Electricista Industrial motivado que marque una verdadera diferencia dentro de su organización.
Tu rol:
- Realizar intervenciones en el sitio, en la ubicación del cliente, en caso de problemas.
- Ser responsable de reparar los inconvenientes reportados en el lugar.
- Verificar que las acciones realizadas resulten en el funcionamiento óptimo del equipo.
- Asegurar que todo el trabajo se entregue con un enfoque en la seguridad, eficiencia, calidad y cumplimiento de plazos.
- Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para el cliente en el sitio y proporcionar informes internos al gerente de proyecto.
- Colaborar de manera efectiva, ya sea trabajando de manera independiente o como parte de un equipo.

Somos una empresa joven y dinámica, con una plantilla de aproximadamente 50 trabajadores calificados, todos ellos especializados en su respectivo campo.
Nos enfocamos principalmente en paneles eléctricos, instalaciones industriales, ingeniería y pisos elevados.
Profil
Descripción del perfil
- Formación técnica en un área relacionada con electricidad (o experiencia equivalente).
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación en holandés o inglés.
- Actitud orientada al cliente: Priorizar los valores del cliente y garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos.
- Mentalidad flexible: Adaptarse según sea necesario para alcanzar objetivos y manejar cambios de manera efectiva.
- Licencia de conducir válida (Categoría B).
- Certificaciones VCA y BA4/5 son una ventaja, pero no obligatorias.
