Senior Functional Analyst

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a team to carry out a consultancy mission focused on the migration of several essential information tools that support the business processes of the Compensation Service. This project aims to modernize and enhance service continuity.

Role Description:

The Functional Analyst is responsible for analyzing the business processes of the organization. They will engage in the initial phases of the project by accurately describing the current and future state of the process. The analyst will facilitate workshops, organize, and manage necessary meetings to gather information and draft deliverables essential for project definition, adhering to the established standards and methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Organize meetings and workshops to understand and map the business processes as desired by the organization;
• Draft necessary documents for process definition so that they can be directly utilized by analysts for solution implementation;
• Ensure throughout the project that the implemented solution aligns with the solution described in agreement with the Business.

• Communication: Organizes and leads necessary meetings or workshops with the Business, demonstrating good listening skills;
• Conceptualization: Translates abstract reasoning and general concepts into practical solutions;
• Information Analysis: Analyzes data in a targeted manner and critically assesses information;
