Description du poste Pour l'un de nos clients, une structure bancaire située à Esh Belval, Sofitex Talent recherche pour un démarrage immédiat en intérim un(eà Client Support Advisor (H/F) Mission principale : Traitement des tâches opérationnelles des équipes commerciales de la Banque Privée Contrôles LOD1 inhérents aux opérations des desks de la Banque Privée Coordination en lien avec equipes commeciales et les équipes support de la Banque pour les mises à jours administratives et mise en place des accès sur les outils digitaux Tâches et responsabilités : Contrôle et traitement des opérations de transfert cash et titre (suivi , indexation, retour de fonds...) Traitement carte bancaire Realisation des controles dans le cadre de la Surveillance Permanente ( selon liste établie avec COO) Saisie et validation( jusque de 300K EUR) des ordres de Bourse Saisie des demandes d'extourne et gestes commerciaux / My Claims Coordination et suivi des clotures de compte SDU données statiques ( sans impact scoring) Monitoring du dashboard Doc store Assurer un Helpdesk aux equipes commerciales et client sur les outils digitaux ( Ebanking, Esign, Multiline, PFO à distance) Promouvoir les outils digitaux aupres des clients et réaliser l'onboarding Redaction des demandes de tarification ONB comptes technique ( FID/FAS/container additionnel) Projet reglementaire ( MIFID/ ESG) : Suivi, encodage Assurer le lien avec les equipes BackOffice et Middle Office Gestion Desk Legacy Profil recherché Compétences opérationnelles Français et anglais au niveau avancé Connaissance des regles et procedures de la banque Connaissance et maitrise de l'ensemble de l'offre services/ produits Compétences comportementales Aisance relationnelle vis-à-vis des clients, collaborateurs du Groupe et prestataires externes Suivi rigoureux du code de conduite édicté par le Groupe Pos...
