Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Credit Controller (M/V/X) voor een interim contract met zicht op een vast contract.
Onze klant is een onderneming actief in een technische en servicegerichte sector en is gevestigd in Halle .
Als Credit Controller zijn uw verantwoordelijkheden als volgt:
- Opvolgen van openstaande klantenfacturen en onderhouden van contact met klanten over betalingen;
- Uitwerken van haalbare afbetalingsplannen en bewaken van gemaakte afspraken;
- Analyseren van klantenrekeningen en signaleren van betalingsrisico's;
- Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om dossiers correct en efficiënt af te handelen;
- Registreren en verwerken van relevante gegevens in het systeem;
- Opstellen van rapporteringen over de stand van zaken binnen de debiteurenportefeuille;
- Meehelpen aan de optimalisatie van processen binnen credit control.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van Credit Controller zijn als volgt:
- U beschikt over een bachelor of graduaat in boekhouding, finance of een gelijkaardige richting;
- U hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in credit control, collections of debiteurenbeheer;
- U communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans ; * U werkt nauwkeurig, bent klantgericht en staat stevig in uw schoenen;
- U bent vertrouwd met courante MS Office-toepassingen, in het bijzonder Excel.
