Als aannemer landschapsprojecten is Krinkels al meer dan 50 jaar een van de belangrijkste ondernemingen die gespecialiseerd is in de aanleg en het onderhoud van openbare- en privéruimten ().
We hebben meer dan 850 enthousiaste medewerkers die zich met hart en ziel inzetten.
We zijn een groeiend bedrijf, maar hechten veel belang aan de familiale sfeer, het welzijn van onze medewerkers en voldoende groeimogelijkheden.

Functie
Nieuwsgierig wat de rol en taken zijn van de Learning & Development afdeling bij Krinkels?
Je wordt betrokken in de organisatie van opleidingen van A tot Z en ontdekt zo welke (wettelijk) verplichte opleidingen er per functie in onze sector bestaan.
Het verwerken van opleidingsgegevens en certificaties in onze systemen is een belangrijke taak die we aan jou toevertrouwen. Zo leer je met opleidingsgerelateerde systemen te werken om opleidingsgegevens per persoon te documenteren.
Daarnaast biedt de L&D afdeling ondersteuning in de verdere implementatie van artificiële intelligentie (AI) in de organisatie.
Je stagebegeleider is een ervaren L&D’er met meer dan 10 jaren ervaring in het vak in diverse sectoren. Na jouw stage heb je een goed inzicht wat de activiteiten van een L&D afdeling zijn.
De stage gaat door op : Krinkels NV – Weversstraat 39 -1840 Londerzeel
Profiel
- Je volgt een voor deze stage relevante opleiding: graduaat HR support, bachelor arbeids- en organisatie of andere. Dit met een focus op soft-HR.
- Sterke interesse in een administratieve en planmatige functie.
- Zelfstandig werken schrikt jou niet af en je bent in staat jouw taken adequaat te plannen en te organiseren.
- Goede kennis van MS Office.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en een woordje Frans spreken is een plus.
- Je bent beschikbaar voor minstens 6 weken - de periode is bespreekbaar
