YOUR ROLE

As a Logistics Engineer, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering tangible value to our client. In a context where performance and cost optimization are critical (with clear annual reduction targets), your mission is to turn data into action and ideas into measurable results.

You will act as a change driver, identifying improvement opportunities, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our operations remain competitive, efficient, and fully aligned with our client commitments. 

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO DO?

Your Impact:

• Analyze operational and logistics data to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate complex processes into pragmatic, field-ready solutions
• Deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
• Build strong partnerships with operations teams and act as a trusted advisor to the client
• Support the achievement of contractual objectives, including annual cost reduction targets

As a Project Engineer you will:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and operational data
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend concrete improvement actions
• Build business cases, including cost models, assumptions, and risk analysis
• Develop and present impactful project proposals to stakeholders and clients
• Lead and follow up on projects from idea to implementation
• Monitor milestones, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Conduct time, motion, and efficiency studies to optimize workflows
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Act as a key interface between operations, management, and the client 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Proven experience (or strong interest) in process improvement and operational optimization
• Understanding of complex environments (experience in medical/logistics is a plus)
• Solid project management skills: structured, organized, and results-driven
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies is a strong asset
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
