Je toekomstige collega’s bevinden zich in uiteenlopende domeinen zoals software development, analyse, business-, software- en enterprise architectuur, quality assurance, information management, analytics, cloud, change management… . Alle facetten van digitalisering komen aan bod. We zijn er rotsvast van overtuigd dat de sleutel tot succes zit in de combinatie van deze verschillende expertisedomeinen. Op die manier vliegen we onze projecten aan en helpen we klanten optimaliseren, groeien en zichzelf heruitvinden.
Als QA coach ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uittekenen en implementeren van een pragmatische QA-strategie met nadruk op zowel shift-left als -right processen.
Wanneer je als QA coach betrokken bent bij projecten van de klant, bepaal je mee de roadmap en planning op het vlak van alle QA activiteiten. Verder stel je een stakeholdersanalyse en change management aanpak op om te kunnen omgaan met de verschillende soorten van weerstand op vlak van QA.
Ten slotte rapporteer je over de voortgang van de verschillende QA activiteiten en processen voor het project/programma aan het management.
Je kan tevens klanten begeleiden met eventuele Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) transformaties of je peilt naar het niveau van de bestaande SDLC processen en adviseert en helpt hen bij het optimaliseren hiervan.
Door jouw jarenlange ervaring in het QA domein, word je beschouwd en aangesproken als expert in de QA materie & ben je in staat medewerkers te trainen en coachen.
