Als Customer Service Specialist begeleid je klanten tijdens hun volledige traject, van installatie tot dagelijks gebruik van hun laadoplossing. Je zorgt voor een vlotte en professionele opvolging en draagt bij aan een optimale klantbeleving.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail
- Analyseren en oplossen van technische en operationele vragen
- Opbouwen van expertise rond laadoplossingen en installatieprocessen
- Correct registreren en opvolgen van klantendossiers
- Samenwerken met technische teams voor complexere cases
- Meedenken over verbeteringen van bestaande processen
- Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van interne kennisdatabanken
- Behalen van kwaliteits- en productiviteitsdoelstellingen
- Garanderen van een uitstekende klantenervaring
Profiel
- Minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen customer service , customer support of customer operations
- Interesse in technologie , energie of elektrische mobiliteit
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je kan technische informatie op een duidelijke manier uitleggen
- Ervaring met CRM- of ticketsystemen zoals Zendesk, Freshdesk of gelijkaardige tools
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
- Ervaring met KPI-gestuurde omgevingen
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans
- Goede professionele kennis van het Engels
- Kennis van een extra Europese taal is een plus
