Description de l'emploiVos responsabilités :
- Assistance à la direction de la production dans la gestion quotidienne
- Pilotage et suivi des processus de production en termes de qualité, de coûts et de respect des délais
- Participation à l'optimisation des procédures et des processus (Lean, amélioration continue)
- Analyse des indicateurs de production et définition des mesures à prendre
- Direction et développement des premières équipes ou sous-divisions
- Collaboration étroite avec les services de préparation du travail, de logistique et d'assurance qualité
Profil- Diplôme dans le domaine du génie mécanique, du génie industriel, des techniques de production, de la Supply Chain ou équivalent
- Première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la production (par exemple, dans le cadre de stages ou d'un premier emploi)
- Intérêt pour les responsabilités de direction et le développement professionnel
- Esprit d'analyse et méthode de travail structurée
- Bonnes aptitudes à la communication et esprit d'équipe
- Bonne maîtrise de MS Office
- Maîtrise requise d'au moins deux des trois langues suivantes : anglais, français, allemandOffreNotre client offre un emploi stable, en CDI, grâce à sa solidité et sa présence internationale.
