Beschrijving van de functie
Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg. 'ICT for society' is voor Smals meer dan een slogan: alle projecten hebben een positieve maatschappelijke impact. Zo bouwt Smals mee aan het portaal van de sociale zekerheid en het eHealth-platform. Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: Voir email sur actiris.brussels, Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts...Als Functional Analyst vorm je de brug tussen business en functionele behoeften van de business en de technische realisatie door de ontwikkelteams. Je combineert inzicht in processen, analysevaardigheden en technische expertise om kwalitatieve oplossingen te ontwerpen. Je werkt nauw samen met business stakeholders, ontwikkelaars, testers en de Product Owner. Je bepaalt mee de scope van middelgrote tot complexe development-projecten en je bewaakt de functionele samenhang van de oplossing. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor functionele verduidelijkingen gedurende het volledige traject, van analyse en ontwerp tot en met ontwikkeling, validatie en productie-name. De toepassingen worden ontwikkeld in .NET & Azure Cloud aan de hand van Scrum-methodologie.
Jouw profiel
Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardige expertise. Je weet minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie aan te tonen. Je hebt ervaring in Agile/Scrum en een goede kennis van Agile-methodologieën. Je hebt een diepgaande kennis van analysemethoden en modelleertechnieken (UML, BPMN, XML en webservices). Je hebt ervaring in het bieden van ondersteuning bij E2Etesting. Kennis van API-analyse (REST/SOAP), databankmodellering (relationeel & logisch), SQL-queries en Sparx Enterprise Architect vormt een meerwaarde. Ook ervaring met het analyseren en reviewen van technische specificaties, kennis van Microsoft Azure DevOps en ervaring met TDD en BDD zijn troeven. Afhankelijk van het team of project waarin je terechtkomt, kan je rol een bijkomend business, functioneel of technisch accent krijgen. Ervaring in het domein van de sociale zekerheid is een extra troef. Je hebt uitstekende relationele en communicatieve vaardigheden, weet complexe problemen te ontleden en heldere oplossingen te formuleren naar verschillende stakeholders. Je combineert een sterk analytisch en synthetisch denkvermogen met organisatorisch inzicht, waardoor je efficiënt en kwalitatief werkt. Je bent in staat om zowel autonoom als in teamverband projecten tot een goed einde te brengen, neemt initiatief en handelt proactief. Daarbij toon je je flexibel, schakel je ook vlot en ga je constructief om met verandering. Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en levert kwaliteitsvol werk op binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines. Tot slot ben je leergierig en continu gericht op verbetering. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en begrijpt het Engels.Taalvaardigheden
