Process Engineer Destillatie !
Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het recycleren, purificeren en revaloriseren van solventen en andere vloeibare chemicaliën voor de chemische en farmaceutische industrie.
Dit zijn je voornaamste taken :
Je staat het productieteam bij met je kennis van proces-chemie (vnl. destillatie) en de installaties aan zich, om zo op een verantwoorde manier, de hoogste combinatie aan kwaliteit en output te bekomen. Jouw oog voor opleiding zorgt ook voor de vervollediging van de kennis van onze operatoren. Verder ben je nauw betrokken bij de dagdagelijkse aan- en bijsturing van de plant.
• Back-up voor de aansturing van de productie. Een referentiepunt zijn voor de trainee-operatoren en fungeren als een rolmodel, om hun gedrag en prestaties te sturen. De ontwikkeling van de capaciteiten van de teams ondersteunen.
• Ervoor zorgen dat elk vereist onderhoud/herstelling voor de installatie en apparatuur wordt geïdentificeerd, dit in nauwe samenwerking met onze onderhoudsteam.
• Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en RCA’s.
• Input leveren voor procesverbeteringen.
• Kostenschattingen verwerkingsprocessen (energie/opstart/afstel/voorspoel-kosten).
• Ontwerp en modellering van nieuwe installaties en verbeteringen van installaties.
• Uitwerken/up-to-date houden van P&ID’s in AutoCAD.
• Project-management van interne projecten.
• Uitvoeren van FAT/SAT en functionele testen.
• HAZOP/LOPA studies bijwonen.
• Opstellen en beheren van MOC-procedure.
• Opstellen en beheer productie-documentatiesysteem.
• Functionele beschrijvingen van installaties uitwerken en up-to-date houden.
• Opstellen en opvolging van testcampagnes.
Dit zijn must-haves voor deze job:
• Hoger technisch diploma, voorkeur Master Procestechnologie of – chemie (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
• Oog voor HSE en detail.
• Kennis van destilleren is een absoluut pluspunt.
• Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
• Helder en gestructureerd documenteren & communiceren
• Flexibel naar werkuren toe, en neemt deel aan de permanentie-dienst.
