Responsibilities

- Design, implement, coordinate, and monitor paid media campaign strategies for awareness and consideration objectives
- Develop media strategies and tactical media plans with media agencies
- Manage media buying, negotiations, optimization, and campaign performance
- Translate marketing objectives into media objectives and KPI-driven campaigns
- Challenge and optimize media strategies, budgets, and annual media deals
- Coordinate campaign execution from strategy to evaluation and reporting
- Evaluate campaign results and share insights for future optimization
- Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, publishers, and sales houses
- Collaborate closely with creative agencies, analytics teams, marketing stakeholders, and IT teams
- Ensure accurate reporting, invoicing, tagging, and measurement implementation
- Monitor market trends, competition analysis, and media evolution
- Support digital marketing experts and business clusters in daily activities
- Ensure cost optimization and maximum ROI on media investments
- Manage contracts and maintain quality relationships with media partners
Skills & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong expertise in media planning, media buying, and negotiation
- Experience in paid media campaign management and optimization
- Knowledge of Google Ads, CM360, DV360, and Social Media Ads platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and xbpgvfh tools
- Familiarity with SAP, QAP, and agile ceremonies
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and complex digital environments
- Strategic thinking and strong leadership capabilities
- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
- Experience in banking or financial services environments is preferred
