For our client in Lokeren , we are looking for a motivated Pallet Repair Worker to join a stable and growing Information. You will work in a modern pallet repair line during the day shift , where quality, safety, and teamwork are essential.

Your responsibilities

• Repair damaged wooden pallets according to EPAL quality standards.
• Use a pneumatic nail gun to attach boards and blocks.
• Replace damaged pallet components, such as boards and blocks.
• Inspect pallets for quality, dimensions, and compliance with EPAL standards.
• Check chamfered edges and the overall condition of the pallets.
• Sort pallets based on their condition and repair requirements.
• Keep your workplace safe, clean, and well organized.
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure an efficient production process.

An SME in the Waasland region known for the production, purchase, and sale of pallets.

Profil

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in a production, woodworking, or logistics environment is an advantage, but motivated candidates willing to learn are also welcome.
• You enjoy hands-on, physical work.
• You work accurately and pay attention to quality and detail.
• You can safely use hand tools and machinery.
• You can work independently as well as in a team.
• You have a good command of English to communicate on the work floor.
• You are reliable, motivated, and responsible.
