IMPACT National Accounts
La réussite dans ce poste implique notamment une résolution efficace des problèmes, une remise en service rapide en cas de panne technique, la rédaction de rapports ainsi que la garantie de l’efficacité opérationnelle et de la fiabilité du processus logistique.
L’accompagnement des opérateurs techniques et des techniciens fait également partie de vos responsabilités.
Vous avez une passion pour l’analyse dans un environnement technico-logistique. Vous êtes un expert dans votre domaine, notamment lorsqu’il s’agit de modifications logicielles. Vous êtes un véritable joueur d’équipe, capable également d’encadrer et de coacher les techniciens du client.
Vous intégrerez le département Service Résidentiel . Vous évoluerez dans un environnement convivial et familial où le professionnalisme est aussi important qu’une atmosphère de travail agréable entre collègues.
- Possédiez un niveau de réflexion et de travail équivalent à un diplôme de bachelier/licence avec une formation technique.
- Ayez les connaissances et l’expertise nécessaires pour réaliser des analyses, agir de manière proactive et résoudre des problèmes.
- Soyez spécialisé dans la détection et l’analyse des dysfonctionnements.
- Disposiez d’une bonne connaissance des automates programmables Siemens PLC .
- Soyez discret et digne de confiance.
- Possédiez de bonnes compétences administratives ainsi qu’une bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office .
- Parliez et écriviez couramment le néerlandais et l’anglais.
- Soyez capable de participer à des réunions, tant en interne qu’avec le client, dans un environnement opérationnel.
- Ayez une mentalité orientée vers l’amélioration continue des processus opérationnels et techniques.
- Soyez suffisamment flexible pour travailler en horaires alternés.
- Les certifications suivantes constituent un atout : VCA , NEN 50110 et BA5 .
- Un salaire entre 3500 et 4000 EUR
