About the job:

As a Business Analyst at Craftzing, you'll be the strategic connector between client-business objectives and our digital delivery teams. You transform intricate business challenges into digital solutions by defining structured roadmaps, process models, and success metrics. Whether you're streamlining workflows, analyzing data, or guiding change adoption—you'll ensure our multidisciplinary teams deliver digital solutions that drive real, long-term impact.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the link between client stakeholders and our digital delivery teams, ensuring clear collaboration and alignment.

• Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and research, turning them into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Analyze and improve existing workflows, and design future processes that guide platform, app, or service development.

• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and prioritized backlogs.

• You translate business strategies into clear, unambiguous business requirements.

• Support solution validation and user acceptance testing, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.

• Use data and insights to inform recommendations and help clients make evidence-based decisions.

Who we're looking for:

• You’re an analytical thinker who brings clarity to complexity.

• You bring hands-on experience in business analysis, especially in digital environments.

• You know how to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans.

• You quickly immerse yourself in a specific industry, grasping sector-specific challenges and nuances.

• Skilled in stakeholder management and able to engage both business leaders and technical teams.

• Comfortable facilitating workshops and guiding decision-making processes.

• You’re organized, pragmatic, and creatively solve problems.

• English and Dutch fluency is essential; French is a welcome plus.
