Temporary Administrative Support HR

We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis.

In this role, you will support the administration and coordination of external workforce processes, including consultants, freelancers, and interim professionals.

• Coordinate requests for external consultants, freelancers, and interim profiles.
• Support hiring managers throughout the assignment initiation process.
• Track vacancies and candidate progress across various systems.
• Liaise with consultancy firms, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage contracts, extensions, and related administrative documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, framework agreements, and legal requirements.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate data in HR and procurement systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational queries.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficient service delivery.

Wat wij van jou vragen:

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HR support, recruitment support, vendor management, or workforce administration.
• Accurate, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and SAP.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Temporary full-time assignment of 4 months, with possible extension.

Desired start date: 1 September 2026.

Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home and the office. Onsite presence required 3 days per week.
