Operations Manager - Sharp

Sharp in Belgium (Hamont-Achel) is responsible for assembling, labeling and packaging pre-filled syringes, injection pens and vials. Deliver consistent output aligned with customer priorities and planning requirements Safeguard uptime and availability of production capacity (equipment, workforce, training) Drive planning adherence and resource optimization across production Ensure effective management of production equipment, including maintenance, calibration, technical performance and compliance with data integrity and audit trail requirements, through a structured and reliable technical organization Implement performance management systems, KPIs and control mechanisms to ensure operational stability Build a high-performing production organization capable of managing day-to-day operations autonomously Coach and develop team members to increase ownership, competence, and accountability Master’s degree or equivalent through experience Proven experience in a production leadership role within a highly regulated and quality driven environment Confident in engaging with QA/QP stakeholders on content and decision-making level You will join a growing future proof organization and take up a versatile and challenging position that contributes to the quality of life of patients worldwide.
