As part of the development of its investment advisory activities, the bank is currently looking for an Advisor Analyst to support its advisory and investment teams. Your Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and regular update of client investment proposals. Collect and maintain up-to-date product documentation, including KIDs, factsheets, and other investment materials. Coordinate with internal investment teams to gather relevant information and clarify product characteristics. Conduct initial research on financial markets, investment products, and competitors. Prepare investment presentations and materials supporting the bank's global investment strategy. Maintain internal databases, update spreadsheets, and prepare reports and summaries. Support the organization and preparation of investment committees, commissions, and other governance meetings. Contribute to process improvements by structuring information, supporting the automation of repetitive tasks, and suggesting efficiency initiatives. Ensure that all documentation and proposals comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Good command of Excel and confidence working with data. Strong motivation to learn and continuously develop technical and professional skills. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. French is considered an asset.
