Customer Service Representative

Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Representative (German) (M/F/X) in Zaventem.

Do you have excellent knowledge German and are you looking for a permanent position within a dynamic and international team? We are seeking a customer-oriented, detail-focused team player for a growing company in the diplomatic sector.

Your responsibilities:

• Customer contact by phone and email;
• Maintain and update customer files (including specific customs documents);
• Perform daily checks, checklists, and follow up on overdue files;
• Work with proprietary software; fast and comfortable using PC;
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners.

Profile:

• Excellent German required (min. C1 level) ; Fluency in English and French is also needed;
• You must have a bachelor or masters degree;
• You live in Belgium and are eligible to work here;
• You can reach the company easily (Zaventem);
• Accurate and detail-oriented, affinity with administrative processes;
• Team player, able to work independently; flexibility is a must.
