Voor onze klant regio VEURNE zijn wij op zoek naar een MAINTENANCE LEAD;
Onze klant is een wereldwijde speler in de productie van de aller-lekkerste chips. Wil je werken in een gevarieerde job waarin je zelfstandig je werk structureert? Dan hebben wij de perfecte uitdaging voor jou!
Als MAINTENANCE LEAD regio VEURNE ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Maken van onderhoudsplannen en er voor zorgen dat alles gebeurt;
- Optimaliseren van onderhoudsplannen;
- Technische documentatie actueel houden en er voor zorgen dat alles goed voorbereid is;
- Technische betrouwbaarheid en verbeteringen;
- Je onderzoekt storingen, werkt verbeteracties uit en zorgt dat herhaling wordt voorkomen;
- Je ondersteunt bij technische vragen en werkt samen met de technische dienst om oplossingen te realiseren;
- Je bent een sleutelfiguur voor maintenance tijdens projecten in jouw toegewezen zone.
Ons aanbod voor jou
Als MAINTENANCE LEAD bied onze klant regio VEURNE jou alvast:
- Een mooie verloning gebaseerd op jouw ervaring omstreeks €4.200 bruto (= bespreekbaar + doorgroeimogelijkheden adhv een carreer ladder);
- Een ONMIDDENLIJK VAST CONTRACT - niet werken onder wekelijkse interim contracten;
- Maaltijdcheques van 8 euro/dag;
- Daguren van maandag tot vrijdag (08u30 - 16u30).
- Vergoeding woon-werk-verkeer: (82% terugbetaald) en fietsvergoeding per 1 feb van 0,35€/km
- Voucher van de producten ter waarde van 100EUR/jaar;
- 20 verlofdagen + 5 ADV dagen (vrij op te nemen);
- Hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering;
- Vakantie- en eindejaarspremie;
- Flexrewards: 5% van je brutoloon omzetten in extra voordelen;
- 5 weken verlof – vrij te kiezen;

Dit ben jij
Als MAINTENANCE LEAD in VEURNE kunt jezelf vinden in onderstaande:
- Bachelor diploma Elektromechanica, Automatisering…? Mooi meegenomen, maar jouw ervaring is veel belangrijker.
- Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische industriële omgeving.
- Sterk in analyseren, plannen en communiceren.
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag samen.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus.
