Business Unit Manager

Omschrijving
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van het jaarlijkse businessplan en de uitrol ervan over de drie divisies over regio Vlaanderen.
- Je onderhoudt de voeling met de markt door zelf een paar key opdrachten bij key klanten te doen en via deze voorbeeldfunctie je team blijvend te motiveren.
- Daarvoor onderhoud je wekelijks contacten met alle regionale Consultants/Officemanagers (17 over Vlaanderen) , waarbij je hen motiveert, opleidt én ondersteunt om hun resultaten te behalen.
- Vanaf de Onboarding en de opleiding ben je hun vertrouwenspersoon.
- Je bewaakt de business, de processen, de resultaten maar ook het Mental & Wellbeing van je team.
- Je werkt vanuit HQ, maar ook regionaal of van thuis online.
- Je rapporteert aan CEO en werkt close samen met de 3 Partners, elk verantwoordelijk voor hun divisie.
Profiel
- Je kunt terugblikken op 10 jaar ervaring in Peoplemanagement waarvan idealiter minstens 5 jaar in HR dienstverlening.
- Je hebt een sterke passie om zowel jezelf als anderen te helpen groeien in hun persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling.
- Persoonlijk heb je geen behoefte aan haantjesgedrag of profileringsdrang, je haalt je energie uit het succes van je team.
- Je bent gestructureerd en analytisch in je aanpak en je hebt ervaring met (pragmatische) KPI's en rapporteringen.
Aanbod
Voor deze rol staan we open voor een tewerkstelling vanuit loondienst met inbegrip van bedrijfswagen, kosten eigen aan de werkgever, maaltijdcheques en bonus (via CAO 90 en individueel) GSM, Laptop.
Maar deze rol kan ook ingevuld worden als zelfstandige vanuit eigen vennootschap.
