- L'optimisation des résultats économiques en maniant judicieusement les indicateurs commerciaux par ta culture de la performance
- La mise en place de plans d'action adaptés en faisant preuve d'audace
- Le déploiement d'opérations commerciales et la mise en place d'un merchandising attractif afin de contribuer à la bonne image de l'enseigne
- La gestion de la livraison (réassort automatique) et des stocks (transferts) : de la réception à la mise en rayon de la marchandise
- Le management terrain n'a pas de secret pour toi. Ton énergie, ton implication, l'accompagnement et le développement de ton équipe insufflent passion et envie de te suivre
- La gestion RH et administrative du magasin en lien avec les services supports (plannings, recrutement...)
- Des échanges réguliers sur le pilotage de l'activité commerciale avec ton DR (conférences téléphoniques, réunions ponctuelles...)
- Une rémunération fixe + primes + participation + réductions en magasins + CE
- De nombreux challenges tout au long de l'année
- Pour ne pas te sentir à côté de tes pompes : 5 semaines sur-mesure en magasin formateur et au siège social
