Responsibilities
- Keeping track of product prices & conditions in the system.
- Working closely with the account managers.
- Communicating any changes.
- Handling contracts.
- Following up on yearly indexations & renewals of contracts.
- Preparing sales orders in the software system.
- Making sure internal cooperations between different departments goes smoothly.
- Following-up on deliveries and communicating about delays.
- Following-up on billing.
- Making sure all client details in het system are up-to-date.

Prerequisites
- You have a bachelor's degree or pertinent working experience.
- You are fluent in German, English and French.
- Experience in sales support or order administration is a plus.
- You work in a structured way.
- You are meticulous.
- You communicate well (mosty written).
