Wat zal je job inhouden?
Heb jij een opleiding in de chemie of enkele jaren ervaring als operator compounding? Ben je daarnaast bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken? Dan is de job van compounder bij Novartis iets voor jou!
“70 verschillende medicijnen zien het licht op onze site.” Als compounding operator sta je in voor de bereidingen van onze medicijnen en help je patiënten wereldwijd.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als operator compounding zijn, maar zijn niet beperkt tot:
- Zelfstandig steriele bulkloten in steriele fabricatie bereiden
- Je kennis bundelen om met behulp van de nodige apparatuur de steriliteit van het product te bekomen
- Het voorbereiden, uitvoeren en opvolgen van procesactiviteiten
- Actief het proces bijsturen wanneer noodzakelijk
- Flexibel kunnen inspelen op veranderende productieomstandigheden
- Een aantal technische montagewerken uitvoeren (vervangen van filters, opbouwen reactoren, monteren en demonteren van afvulpompen)

- Teamgericht, nieuws- en leergierig
- Stressbestendig en openstaan voor verandering
- Snel, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig kunnen werken volgens vooropgestelde procedures
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld en je kan werken in 3 ploegen (vroeg - laat - nacht - nacht)
- Ervaring in takenpakket en/of productie of een opleiding in de chemie is een vereiste
