As a Receptionist (M/F/X) your responsibilities are:

• Welcoming and assisting clients, visitors, and staff at the front desk.
• Managing incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are ready for use.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintaining an organized and presentable reception area.
• Providing administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
• Updating and maintaining contact lists and records.
• Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Jouw profiel

A successful Receptionist (M/F/X) should have:

• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (both written and spoken).
• A professional and welcoming demeanor with a client-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the business services industry is an asset.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
