What you’ll do
- Gather business requirements and turn them into technical data products that support KPIs and decision-making.
- Design and maintain analytical data models ( dimensional models, data marts, star/snowflake schemas ) reflecting business logic.
- Build, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI , Tableau, or equivalent, enabling business users to explore metrics and trends.
- Ensure data models and pipelines comply with data governance, quality, documentation, and lineage .
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear insights.
What we’re looking for
- Strong SQL skills and experience building robust pipelines and data models.
- Solid background in data modeling and dimensional design (fact/dimension tables, Star Schemas).
- Working knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Experience with BI/visualization tools ( Power BI , Tableau).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms, warehouses, and lakehouses.
- Strong business understanding and ability to translate needs into actionable data products.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch/French and English.
