We are looking for an ambitious, bi-lingual NL/ENG and self-driven full time  Corporate Income Tax Manager  who, together with us, will build the consulting of tomorrow. This position will be based at  Zaventem .

Your role and responsibilities

As a Manager Corporate Income Tax for (international) mid-sized companies and organizations, you will take a leading role in providing strategic tax advice and consulting services. You will guide clients in optimizing their corporate income tax position, structuring tax-efficient solutions, and navigating complex tax matters, both domestically and internationally.

In this role, you will manage client relationships and lead tax engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery tailored to each client's business objectives. You will play a key role in advising on tax planning strategies, structuring opportunities, and handling local and international tax audits and verifications. Additionally, you will oversee compliance-related aspects when necessary, ensuring clients meet their tax obligations efficiently.

As a manager, you will also take on leadership responsibilities within the team, coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, sharing your expertise, and contributing to the continuous development of the CIT practice.

Staying ahead of changing tax laws and industry regulations will be essential to providing proactive, value-driven advice. Your expertise and strategic insights will be crucial in fostering long-term client relationships and supporting their success in an evolving tax landscape.

• Do you have 6 to 10 years of experience as CIT-consultant in a similar company?
• Do you have a master’s degree in Taxation, Accountancy or Legal or other economical oriented degree?
• Do you communicate easily in Dutch (mother tongue) and English and at all hierarchical levels?
• Are you a communicative and dynamic personality, eager to learn, precise and friendly?
• Does integrity sound like your middle name?
• Do you like to guide our clients during their career and thus contribute to developing the success of our organisation
• Do you work independently and get energy from teamwork as well?
• Do you easily work with common IT tools?
