Pour une entreprise technologique internationale active dans le secteur aéronautique, nous recherchons des opérateurs de production et de montage motivés. Vous rejoignez un atelier moderne et spacieux situé à Machelen, où sont fabriqués des systèmes d’éclairage et des équipements électriques de haute qualité utilisés dans les aéroports du monde entier. Vous travaillez dans un environnement stable et en pleine croissance, où la qualité, la sécurité et l’esprit d’équipe sont essentiels.
Au sein de l’atelier de montage et de production, vous participez avec vos collègues à l’assemblage complet de différents produits techniques. Vos tâches comprennent notamment :
- Montage de composants électriques
- Assemblage de luminaires spécifiques
- Fixation de pièces
- Réalisation de petits travaux de soudure (formation interne prévue)
- Assemblage d’armoires électriques
- Tests des produits finis, notamment les tests d’étanchéité
Vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du processus de montage, ce qui garantit un travail varié et techniquement stimulant.
- Vous parlez bien le néerlandais et/ou le français et pouvez lire des instructions de travail en néerlandais
- Vous habitez dans la région de Machelen ou vous pouvez vous rendre facilement sur le site
- Vous disposez de quelques années d’expérience récente en production, montage ou assemblage
- Vous aimez le travail manuel et appréciez un bon rythme de travail
- Vous êtes ponctuel, précis et capable de manipuler de petites pièces avec soin
- Une excellente ambiance de travail au sein d’une équipe soudée
- Un atelier moderne, spacieux et récent
- Une formation interne et un accompagnement sur le terrain
- Salaire brut : 16,91 € par heure
- Chèques-repas de 8 € par jour presté
- Horaires de travail:
- Horaire de jour : 7h20 – 15h50
- Flexibilité vers un système de deux équipes en période de forte activité :
- Équipe du matin : 6h00 – 14h00
- Équipe du soir : 14h00 – 22h00
- Contrats et plannings établis à la semaine.
- Le site est très bien desservi par les transports en commun.
