Sta jij open voor een tijdelijke opdracht? heb je al een eerste ervaring als Call Agent? Lees dan zeker verder!
Samen met je team organiseer je op een kwalitatieve manier de planning en dispatching voor installaties van telecom gedaan door de techniekers.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Je belt nieuwe klanten op.
- Je analyseert wat er nodig is bij de installatie door de juiste vragen te stellen aan de klanten.
- Samen met de klant maak je een afspraak waarop de technieker kan langskomen voor de installatie.
- Je noteert alles correct in het systeem zodat er een technieker kan ingepland worden.

Als nieuwe dipatchmedewerker herken je jouzelf in volgende punten;
- Je bent voltijds beschikbaar in de periode 1/10/2026 tot en met 1/01/2027
- Perfecte kennis Nederlands (een woordje Frans/Engels is mooi meegenomen)
- Bij voorkeur een eerdere ervaring binnen dispatch
- Je bent klant- en resultaatgericht
- Ontwikkeling, nieuwe technologieën maken je niet bang
- Leert snel nieuwe software aan (je zal met de bedrijfseigen software leren werken)
- Een goede kennis MS-Office
