Kitchen help Mission Masala Ghent - Studentenjob

• You work under the supervision of the kitchen manager
• You help with the mise-en-place of the dishes: clean, wash, peel, cut and cook food
• You carry out preparations according to instructions from the person in charge
• You operate the fryer independently during service
• You provide a smooth and efficient briefing to colleagues for the next shift
• You label and store all foodstuffs according to HACCP standards
• You clean up after the shift and you clean working tools
• You respect safety standards during the work

Qualities we look for are:

• Hard working
• Clean and organized
• Team player
• Willing to work evenings & weekends
• At least 1Y experience in kitchen work
• Experience on fryer
