This is your mission

Are you passionate about business transformation, innovation, and Artificial Intelligence? Then this position is for you. As an AI Business Analyst, you will support business teams in their digital transformation journey by identifying opportunities, gathering and challenging requirements, shaping future visions, and identifying AI use cases that create business value.

Build side:
• Analyze business processes, organizational dynamics, and pain points
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, challenge, and formalize requirements
• Define and document business needs and transformation objectives
• Support business teams in defining a clear TO-BE vision aligned with strategic objectives
• Identify and evaluate digital and AI opportunities based on business needs
• Explore market trends, best practices, and innovative approaches
• Translate business requirements into actionable inputs for IT teams
• Identify, assess, and support the prioritization of AI use cases

Run side:
• Act as the bridge between business and IT teams throughout transformation initiatives
• Ensure alignment between ongoing initiatives and broader digital ambitions
• Monitor dependencies, overlaps, and strategic consistency across initiatives
• Prepare structured deliverables and presentations for stakeholders
• Communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable way
• Support business teams in adopting new processes and ways of working
• Contribute to the successful implementation of transformation initiatives
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across teams

This is your background

You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
You have experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Digital Consultant, or a similar role.
You have experience gathering requirements and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
You are comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology.
You are interested in digital transformation and the business applications of Artificial Intelligence.
