Job Description :
De Expert Engineer Structures Calculations is verantwoordelijk binnen de elektrische infrastructuurprojecten (380, 220, 150, 70 en 36 kV) voor de engineering van de betreffende hoogspanningslijnen en hun gebruikte masten/structuren. Deze service omvat hoofdzakelijk de volgende taken:- Verantwoordelijk voor de studie, het ontwerp van nieuwe masten of aanpassingen aan bestaande structuren
- Uitvoeren van gespecialiseerde berekeningen, opstellen en opvolgen van de planning van de studies rekening houdend met de vereiste en de vragen van de klanten.
- Begeleiden van designers voor het uitwerken van de berekeningsmodellen en dit, zowel naar interne medewerkers als externe designbureaus
- Het opstellen van de aanbestedingsdossiers en het deelnemen aan het aankoopproces.
- Het opleveren van de geproduceerde masten, structuren bij de producent of in de test omgeving
- De technische ondersteuning van de uitvoering op het terrein alsook de voorbereiding van de werken in samenwerking met de betrokken medewerkers binnen de Groep alsook projectleiders, leveranciers, aannemers, klanten…
- Kwaliteitsbeheer opvolgen, controles uitvoeren en rapporteren
- De nodige stappen ondernemen voor de optimalisatie en implementatie van de berekeningsregels in de gebruikte software tools.
Profile / Requirements :
- Masteropleiding ingenieur mechanica, bouwkunde, architect of master in fysica- Affiniteit voor technische detailstudies
- Kennis en ervaring met het ontwerpen van staalstructuren
- Gebruik van engineering software, 3D, eindige elementen software
- Vertrouwd zijn met betreffende normering: bv. Eurocode's
- Sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en goed organisatietalent
- Iemand die goed kan functioneren in teamverband
- Ervaring met expertise en/of engineering activiteit is een pluspunt
- Kennis van MsProject, VB.NET, VBA scripting, Fortran is een pluspunt
- Talenkennis: Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands of Frans en een basiskennis van de andere landstaal.
