Role Overview A top-tier global manufacturer of heavy-duty vehicles and commercial transport solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor for its hub in Ghent, Belgium. In this role, your primary focus is reducing fleet downtime and ensuring continuous global logistics operations. Acting as the essential bridge connecting corporate clients with senior engineering specialists, you will provide expert technical advice, diagnostic support, and customized operational strategies to international fleet managers and service networks.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority inquiries across phone and enterprise channels, maintaining strict brand standards for safety and reliability.
• Complex Problem-Solving: Analyze intricate operational bottlenecks to deliver swift, data-driven solutions for international corporate partners.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate directly with engineering, sales, and supply chain teams to expedite case resolutions and maintain accurate enterprise software records.
• Structured Hybrid Schedule: Work four days onsite at the Ghent facility alongside one flexible work-from-home day per week.
• Fully Paid Onboarding: Complete a fully compensated initial training program. Prior mechanical or engineering background is not required; full technical training is provided.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Proficiency:
  • Bilingual Command: Fluent mastery of Czech and Lithuanian (both written and spoken), with the capability to alternate seamlessly between both languages in professional settings.
  • Business English: Minimum B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) to operate internal software, draft documentation, and engage with global teams.
