Talent Acquisition Intern - Brussels (as from Feb. 2027)

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting and coordinating the entire intern recruitment process at Forvis Mazars Belgium.
• Screening candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews for potential interns across all Belgium offices.
• Supporting Junior-level recruitment across multiple service lines and contributing to broader Talent Acquisition activities.
• Proactively building candidate pipeline using LinkedIn recruiter.
• Assisting and following up on Campus Recruitment initiatives.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team in various HR-related tasks.

About you:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g., HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field).
• Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn and contribute to the recruitment process.
