This role moves well past standard customer service. You will take direct ownership of delivering expert technical guidance, diagnostic assistance, and customized operational strategies to corporate transport managers and certified service centers throughout our international network.

Candidate Requirements & Profile

Mandatory Language Skills

• Bilingual Command: Fluent command of both Czech and Polish (written and spoken) is strictly required, including the ability to shift effortlessly between both languages in a professional setting.
• Business English: At least B2 (Upper-Intermediate) proficiency is required to navigate technical systems, generate internal documentation, and contribute to global team discussions.
