This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of TikTok Shop based in Belgium. Take the lead in developing and scaling TikTok Shop strategies for leading direct-to-consumer and B2C brands across the DACH region. In this strategic role, you will oversee TikTok Shop operations, drive commercial performance, and identify opportunities to accelerate growth through social commerce. Working closely with company founders, you will help shape strategic priorities and translate business objectives into measurable results. You will leverage performance data, emerging social media trends, and creative best practices to continuously improve campaigns and content assets. You will also benefit from access to advanced creative training designed to help you identify and develop top-performing content strategies. Accountabilities - TikTok Shop Strategy and Leadership: Take ownership of TikTok Shop operations and lead the strategic development of social commerce initiatives for major brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). - Business Growth: Identify and implement opportunities to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and strengthen brand performance on TikTok Shop. - Founder Collaboration: Work closely with company founders to define strategic priorities, align commercial objectives, and drive the successful execution of growth initiatives. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate results, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that improve overall performance.
- Creative Optimisation: Assess content assets and creative approaches to identify top-performing formats, improve engagement, and maximise commercial impact. - Trend Identification: Stay ahead of emerging TikTok trends, creator strategies, and social commerce developments to maintain a competitive advantage for the brands you manage. - Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement scalable processes, test new approaches, and refine TikTok Shop strategies to support sustainable growth. - Creative Excellence: Apply insights from advanced creative training to strengthen content performance, improve campaign effectiveness, and consistently pursue high-impact results. Requirements - Relevant Experience: Demonstrable experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, social media, social commerce, or a related field, with a strong understanding of digital growth strategies. - TikTok and Social Media Expertise: A solid understanding of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems, audience behaviour, and the characteristics that make content perform successfully. - Commercial and Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and translate data into practical optimisation strategies. - Strategic Thinking: Strong business judgement and the ability to develop, implement, and continuously refine strategies that support measurable commercial outcomes. - Communication and Relationship Management: Excellent communication skills, a natural ability to understand and work with people, and the confidence to collaborate closely with founders and other stakeholders. - Creative Judgement: A strong instinct for identifying high-performing content, understanding audience preferences, and recognising opportunities to improve creative assets. - Ownership and Drive: A proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative, assume responsibility, and go the extra mile to achieve business goals.
