Notre client est une entreprise active dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique, qui met un point d'honneur à assurer un service fiable et structuré à ses partenaires. Implantée en Wallonie, elle s'appuie sur des équipes engagées et une organisation bien rodée pour répondre aux exigences du terrain.
Dans le cadre du renforcement de son département transport, elle souhaite intégrer un(e) Chef d'équipe Logistique afin de superviser les opérations quotidiennes, assurer le suivi des expéditions et encadrer une équipe d'opérateurs ou de chauffeurs.- Encadrer, accompagner et développer une équipe de préparateurs de commandes
- Organiser les plannings et répartir les activités selon les priorités
- Suivre la performance individuelle et collective (productivité, qualité, sécurité)
- Garantir un bon climat social et gérer les situations opérationnelles (conflits, absences, etc.)
- Superviser l'activité de préparation de commandes dans le respect des délais et des objectifs
- Optimiser les flux logistiques et les ressources (humaines et matérielles)
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance et assurer un reporting fiable
- Être force de proposition sur l'amélioration continue des process
- Veiller au respect des procédures, des normes qualité et des règles d'hygiène et sécurité
- Garantir la bonne tenue de la zone (propreté, matériel, chaîne du froid si applicable)
- Contribuer à la prévention des risques et à l'amélioration des conditions de travail
- Expérience confirmée en logistique, idéalement en management d'équipe
- Bonne maîtrise des outils de pilotage et des indicateurs de performance
- Leadership naturel, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'équipe
- Réactivité, rigueur et capacité à gérer les priorités
- Goût du terrain et orientation résultats
