Voor een internationale logistieke speler ga je aan de slag als Customer Service Agent. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar teamwork, innovatie en kwaliteit centraal staan.Jouw nieuwe functie
Als Customer Service Agent ben je de schakel tussen klant, interne teams en externe partners.
- Je verwerkt en bereidt zendinggegevens voor in interne systemen en Excel
- Je beheert de mailbox en beantwoordt operationele vragen of leveringsproblemen
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten rond transport en opvolging van zendingen
- Je stemt af met interne afdelingen en externe agenten voor een vlotte uitvoering
- Je detecteert problemen in leveringsprocessen en grijpt proactief in
- Je verzorgt administratieve opvolging van transportorders en communicatie
- Je werkt mee aan verbetertrajecten samen met het team
- Je zorgt voor correcte documentatie en databeheer
Jouw profiel
Voor deze rol als Customer Service Agent:
- Je hebt ervaring in logistiek/transport of een relevant diploma
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
- Je werkt oplossingsgericht en denkt graag out of the box
- Je bent klantgericht en streeft naar kwaliteit
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en werkt nauwkeurig
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel (draaitabellen, VLOOKUP)
- Je werkt gestructureerd en blijft efficiënt in een dynamische omgeving
