Voor een internationaal en groeiend familiebedrijf in de regio Menen - Moeskroen zoeken we een Technisch Manager die de drijvende kracht wil zijn achter het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van de productiesite.
In deze rol combineer je strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en zorg je ervoor dat zowel processen als mensen blijven groeien. Klinkt dit als jouw volgende uitdaging?

- Je organiseert het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van de productiesite en stuurt het technische team aan.
- Je implementeert een preventief en curatief onderhoudsplan.
- Je analyseert en lost technische problemen op.
- Je volgt KPI's en rendementen op en doet investeringsvoorstellen.
- Je coördineert tussen de technische afdelingen en werkt samen met de preventieadviseur en milieucoördinator.
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Je hebt een hogere opleiding (bachelor of master) in elektromechanica.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving.
- Je bent autonoom, analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld.
Wat bieden wij jou?
- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €4.900 en €6.200, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring.
- Netto onkosten van €150
- Maaltijdcheques van 10 euro
