Wat zal je job inhouden?
Je combineert de logistieke operaties met HR ondersteuning binnen het bedrijf. De concrete verdeling kan wisselen per afdeling of evolueren doorheen de opbouw van de functie.
Logistiek
- Onthaal van bezoekers en/of chauffeurs en hen voorzien van correcte vracht- en transportdocumenten.
- Voorbereiden van goederen en bestellingen administratief opvolgen.
- Zendingen afstemmen met het magazijn en interne afdelingen.
- Chauffeurs begeleiden naar de juiste laad- of loskade.
HR
- Algemene tijdregistratie en personeelsadministratie .
- Administratieve ondersteuning bij fleetbeheer en praktische zaken of vragen rond bedrijfswagens beantwoorden.
- Ondersteunen bij aanwervingprocedures en personeelsbehoeften (in samenspraak met leidinggevende) bespreken.
- Contact met uitzendkantoren behouden en onthaaltrajecten in orde brengen.

- Kennis van business central en transport- of vrachtdocumenten is belangrijk.
- Vlotte berheersing van Nederlands en Engels, Frans of Duits zijn een pluspunt.
- Hands on mentaliteit en flexibel inzetbaar bij verschillende afdelingen en gesprekspartners.
