• Provide clear and effective support in Dutch
• Ensure high-quality customer experience
• Work closely with international teams
• Maintain service standards in daily operations

Requirements:

• C1–C2 Dutch
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Valid work permit in Greece required
• Ability to work remotely from Greece or on-site in Athens
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
